On the lighter side-Movies-In time (2011)-Justine Timberlake, Amanda Seyfried

Justine Timberlake stars in this very intriguing and entertaining movie about a guy who saves a person who in terms gives him more than one hundreds of life. The story is about a futuristic society which is divided into different zones where the only source of purchase has been replaced with time remaining in your life. Even bus trips, groceries are bought on the basis of time instead of paper money. Justin becomes a rebel after mistakenly identified a time thief and murdered and kidnaps the daughter of a wealthy time loaner and together they rob time banks to distribute to the lower classes of society. On the lighter side-Movies-Shelter-Julianne Moore, Jonathan Rhys Meyers

Julianne Moore stars as a Forensic Psychiatrist who refuses to believe that a Killer (Jonathan Rhys Meyers) has multiple personality and has killed someone while being somebody else. And this leads her to super natural mumbo jumbo. Interesting premise ruined by ridiculous religious and magic stuff. Not that great to being with but not bad either. I let you be the judge of it. Recommended with reservations.

On the lighter side-Movies-Thor (2011)-Chris Harmsworth, Natalie Portman, Anthony Hopkins

Chris Harmsworth stars as the title character exiled to earth by his father Anthony Hopkins for being arrogant and hard headed. On earth he meets Natalie Portman as a scientist and tries to regain his signature Hammer. Very good movie with good story and action sequences. Recommended.

On the lighter side-Movies-Underworld Awakening-Kate Beckinsale

Kate Beckinsale stars in the continuing saga of this popular series about vampires and hybrid creatures trying to evade the onslaught of human invasion. Here she tries to protect her daughter from a rouge Hybrid. Lots of action but little purpose to this movie. I believe that the series should now be wrapped and the only way it will happen is that it losses big time at the box office. Not Recommended
